ISLAMABAD: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) suspended on Tuesday the Election Commission of Pakistan's (ECP) non-bailable warrants against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) boss Imran Khan in a hatred case.
Suspending the warrants, an IHC bigger seat issued notification to the ECP and the applicant, PTI nonconformist Akbar S Babar, guiding them to present their answers on November 7.
On October 18, Khan tested the ECP's capture warrants contending that they were issued without legal expert.
